Overview
Vorex Peptide Research LLC supplies research-use-only (RUO) materials intended strictly for laboratory and research use. Because of the sensitive, research-grade nature of these products, the following return and refund terms apply to all orders.
Opened or Used Products
For safety, quality-control, and compliance reasons, opened, used, or unsealed research products are not returnable or refundable. Once a vial's tamper seal is broken, the product cannot be verified for purity or integrity and cannot be resold or returned.
Unopened / Unused Products
Unopened, unused products in their original, sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be undamaged with all original packaging and seals intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be replaced free of charge, or refunded if a replacement is unavailable.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (bank / ACH via Link Money, or card where available). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: opened or used products; reconstitution water and consumables once opened; clearance or final-sale items; and orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or request a refund, reach us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with instructions. Please do not return any product without first contacting us for authorization.
