Accepted Payment Methods
Vorex accepts secure bank payments (pay-by-bank / ACH) through Link Money, with card and Apple Pay options being added. Customers who pay by bank receive an automatic 15% discount at checkout.
Billing Descriptor
Charges from Vorex will appear on your bank or card statement as "VOREX" (or a similar descriptor referencing Vorex Peptide Research / vorexpeptideresearch.com). If you see a charge you don't immediately recognize, please check this descriptor before contacting your bank.
Contact Us Before Disputing a Charge
If you have a question or concern about a charge, please contact us first through our Contact page with your order number. The large majority of billing issues - unrecognized descriptors, duplicate charges, order changes, or refunds - can be resolved quickly and directly, usually within 1-2 business days.
Dispute & Chargeback Process
Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution for everyone. Our process is:
- Reach out: Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Review: We verify the order, payment, and delivery records, including tracking and any communications.
- Resolution: Where appropriate, we issue a refund, replacement, or correction per our Refund & Return Policy.
For bank / ACH payments, funds typically settle within hours to a few business days. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us immediately so we can correct it before the order ships.
Fraud Prevention
To protect customers, orders may be reviewed for fraud and address verification. We may request confirmation of identity or order details before processing. Orders found to be fraudulent will be cancelled and refunded.
